We assess the actual space rather than treating a workplace like a larger lounge room. Occupancy, computers, machinery, doors opening through the day and operating hours all change the load.
Plan around the premises
Commercial jobs often involve high walls, limited condenser positions, shared boundaries, customer areas and work that must be staged around business hours. We plan isolation, access, drainage and pipe routes before installation. For occupied premises, we agree which areas need to stay usable and leave the site clean at handover.
Clear scope for larger jobs
A single office split and a multi-room workplace are different projects. Your quote identifies the units, capacities, locations, electrical work and access allowed for. If a site needs engineering, major ducted plant or specialist mechanical services outside Bellair’s scope, we say so rather than quoting a system that does not suit the building.
