Trusted Split System Installation Across Melbourne

Matt and his team did a magnificent job with a fairly complicated installation involving two Mitsubishi Electric 6kW RCAC units. Following the installation, both units are working well with very little noise and no vibration. Matt visited a few days earlier to scope the job and then turned up with his team on the day to carry out and complete the installation the same day. The units have been running trouble free for two weeks and I highly recommend Bellair Cooling to anyone requiring RCAC installations.

Matt and his team are exceptional. I sent a message Saturday morning, I received a text message and a phone call, and a site visit by 11am. I am not use to such high customer service. Matt tried to have my install done asap as we had no heating. Install was also exceptional, as his pricing and quality of install and removal of old unit is beyond expectations. Was not an easy job but his quote was so honest and fair. I can hardly notice the outside cabling (first photo). He was also so polite, professional and caring. Thank you Matt and team. Communication with Matt was seamless and transparent. He came to inspect my place prior for a quick chat and to issue an estimated quote not long after. We eventually had a date fixed for two units to be installed. One required replacement of the previous old unit (included removal from property), and the second required a new hole to be drilled for installation. Matt and his team took roughly 3.5-4h. They were immaculate with their work! They left my place decently clean. I would have to say that this was the best customer service that I have had.
