"Communication with Matt was seamless and transparent. He came to inspect my place prior for a quick chat and to issue an estimated quote not long after. We eventually had a date fixed for two units to be installed. One required replacement of the previous old unit (included removal from property), and the second required a new hole to be drilled for installation. Matt and his team took roughly 3.5-4h. Honest pricing
From $1,490, fixed.
A standard back-to-back single-split install runs $1,490–$1,890 depending on brand, capacity and pipe run. The quote is the invoice — unit, brackets, copper, drainage, electrical, install, testing, cleanup and a 7-year workmanship warranty, all in.
Multi-head, ducted, and complex installs (long pipe runs, structural drilling, switchboard work) are quoted on site after we measure up. We'll always tell you the number before we start.
