Bellair Air Conditioner Installs Pty Ltd is a locally owned split system specialist based at 16 Homevale Dr, Botanic Ridge VIC 3977. Founder Matt Bell is a qualified refrigeration mechanic with 28+ years of experience and an ARCtick licence (AU 55218). Over that time the team has completed more than 10,000 installs across Melbourne.
We started Bellair because we believed Melbourne homeowners deserved honest, fixed-price split system installations with clean workmanship — and a real local you can call, not a faceless call centre.
