Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Bellair Air Conditioner Installs website and the services provided by Bellair Air Conditioner Installs Pty Ltd (ABN 51 095 082 255).

Quotes & pricing

Quotes are provided on a fixed-price basis following a site assessment. Prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before proceeding.

Warranties

Installed units carry the manufacturer warranty plus our 7-year workmanship guarantee. Warranty covers workmanship defects and excludes damage from misuse, lack of servicing or third-party tampering.

Liability

All work is carried out by ARCtick-licensed, fully insured technicians to Australian standards. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
