What we check
Bellair checks the indoor and outdoor units, filters, coils, airflow, condensate drainage, electrical condition and operating temperatures. We look for water marks, blocked drains, damaged insulation, vibration and signs that the system is working harder than it should.
Cleaning and performance
Dust and restricted airflow reduce output and can create noise or odours. We clean the accessible parts appropriate to the service, test heating and cooling operation and confirm that condensate is leaving the property correctly. If the system needs work outside routine maintenance, we explain what we found before proceeding.
Homes and light-commercial premises
Regular maintenance is useful for frequently used living-room systems, rentals, consulting rooms, offices and small shops. Access and equipment condition vary, so the scope and price are agreed before attendance rather than advertised as a one-size-fits-all clean.
