Older fuse boxes and crowded boards can need attention before a new air conditioner can be connected safely.
Check the board before installation
We inspect the available capacity, protective devices and condition of the existing switchboard when the air-conditioning job calls for it. Ceramic fuses, missing safety switches, damaged enclosures and no spare room cannot be ignored just because the new unit is ready to hang.
A clear scope
Where an upgrade is required, the quote sets out the switchboard work separately from the air-conditioning installation. The exact solution depends on the board, existing circuits, supply and access. We do not treat every older board as the same job.
One coordinated job
Coordinating the electrical work with the split-system installation avoids a new unit being left disconnected or a second visit being arranged after the fact. The board work, dedicated circuit where required, testing and air-conditioning commissioning are planned in the right order.
