Emerald is the anchor town of the Cardinia hills - the Puffing Billy Railway runs through, Emerald Lake Park pulls in weekend visitors from across Melbourne, and the Main Street strip runs the local IGA, the bakery, the tavern and the community services that support the surrounding smaller settlements. That gives Emerald a scale the neighbouring villages don't have. The residential fabric splits three ways. Around the Main Street and toward Emerald Lake Park it's a walkable township of older weatherboard cottages and 1970s brick veneer on quarter-acre blocks. What's included in your Emerald install
An Emerald install includes supply of your chosen unit, fitting to AS/NZS 3000, neat back-to-back or routed pipework, condensate drainage, electrical connection, old unit removal and recycling, commissioning and clean-up. In the Main Street and Emerald Lake Park precinct it's a clean retrofit sized for the cool climate, and on the 1970s brick veneer stock we flag switchboard upgrades before the quote lands. On the newer 1990s and 2000s streets it's mostly a zoning and multi-head layout job, and on the south-east bush blocks we allow for longer runs, place plant to the bushfire rating, and keep the outdoor unit clear of leaf litter. It's all in the fixed price agreed up front.
