What's included in your Scoresby install
A Scoresby install includes supply of your chosen unit, fitting to AS/NZS 3000, neat back-to-back or routed pipework, condensate drainage, electrical connection, old unit removal and recycling, commissioning and clean-up. On the family homes we handle the replacement cleanly and check the switchboard, and on the light-commercial jobs we suit the placement to the building and handle three-phase supply where needed. It's all in the fixed price agreed up front, with any upgrade flagged before you commit. Corporate tenants on the Kelletts Road estate typically book the install for a weekend or after 6pm so the office floor is empty - we arrange after-hours access with the building manager and coordinate with security.
