A Warrandyte install includes supply of your chosen unit, fitting to AS/NZS 3000, neat back-to-back or routed pipework, condensate drainage, electrical connection, old unit removal and recycling, commissioning and clean-up. On these bush blocks we place plant to the property's bushfire rating, allow time for long runs and steep access, and site the outdoor unit up and clear of leaf litter. It's all in the fixed price agreed up front, with any switchboard upgrade flagged before you commit. If your Warrandyte home is one of the mudbrick classics along Bradleys Lane or the river side of Yarra Street, we allow extra time for wall thickness on the internal head penetration and route pipework so it doesn't scar the earth-wall finish.
