What's included in your Bulleen install
A Bulleen install includes supply of your chosen unit, fitting to AS/NZS 3000, neat back-to-back or routed pipework, condensate drainage, electrical connection, old unit removal and recycling, commissioning and clean-up. On the solid double-brick homes here we core-drill and route carefully, check the older switchboard on a replacement, and near the river flats we get the drainage fall right. It's all in the fixed price agreed up front, with any upgrade flagged before you commit. If your home is one of the Italian owner-builder classics near the Veneto Club or along Manningham Road, we allow extra time for the double-brick core-drills and route the pipework where it won't cross rendered feature walls.
