Those front-office fits are their own animal - three-phase supply usually available, but the office is often on a stud wall backing onto an unconditioned shed roof, which changes the load. Pinks Reserve and the Dandenong Creek trail sit right through the middle of the suburb. Foothill air runs cooler than flat corridor suburbs to the west, so we lean heating-first on residential quotes.
