In the newer apartments near the centre, owners-corporation approval and tight setbacks come into placement, and in the taller blocks external condensers can be restricted, so we check what's feasible first. The post-war brick homes are conventional replacement and upgrade jobs - single-level with defined rooms, a clean back-to-back, and switchboards that usually need a look.
